Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing from Craig Todd ("we", "us", or "our"). Our digital products, online courses, software licences, coaching sessions, and live events are sold as instant-access, fully-delivered digital goods and services. As such, and as expressly permitted by the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015, all sales are final save for the limited circumstances set out below.

This policy should be read together with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. By completing checkout you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this Refund Policy in full.

1. Express Consent and Waiver of the 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

By ticking the consent box at checkout (or otherwise completing the purchase flow), you give your express, informed consent to:

  • the immediate supply of the digital content, course material, software licence, booking confirmation, or service before the end of the 14-day cancellation period; and
  • the loss of your right to cancel the contract once that supply begins, in accordance with regulation 37(1) of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

You acknowledge that the products and services we sell are delivered electronically and instantly, that they cannot be "returned" in any meaningful sense, and that you accept full responsibility for ensuring the product is suitable for your needs before purchase.

2. Digital Products and Downloads

✅ All sales of digital products (including but not limited to plugins, software, code, templates, downloadable files, written guides, and PDFs) are final and non-refundable once download or access has been initiated.

❌ We do not offer refunds for any of the following reasons:

  • You changed your mind
  • You no longer want the product
  • You did not read the product description before purchase
  • The product did not meet your subjective expectations
  • You were unable to use the product due to lack of skill, time, or supporting tools on your end
  • You experienced personal, business, or financial circumstances unrelated to the product
  • You found the same or similar product cheaper elsewhere
  • You bought the wrong product or quantity

This list is illustrative, not exhaustive.

3. Software Licences

✅ Software licences (including all CTM-prefixed licence keys) are sold for use on a specific number of domains as stated on the product page.

❌ Once a licence key has been generated and delivered to you, the sale is final and non-refundable, irrespective of whether you have activated the key on any domain.

We provide an active demonstration, full product documentation, and a feature list before purchase. It is your responsibility to confirm compatibility with your environment prior to buying.

4. Online Courses and Educational Content

✅ Access to online courses, modules, replays, and member-area content is granted immediately upon successful payment.

❌ Courses are non-refundable once access has been granted, regardless of how much of the material has been consumed. Logging into the member area, viewing a lesson, downloading a worksheet, or otherwise interacting with the course constitutes "access granted" for the purposes of this policy.

We do not offer refunds based on results, perceived value, completion percentage, or your own ability to implement the material. We make no representation as to the results you will achieve — see our Disclaimer for the full statement on results and earnings.

5. Coaching Sessions and 1-on-1 Calls

✅ Coaching sessions are booked into a calendar slot reserved exclusively for you. Once that slot is reserved, the time is committed and unavailable to other clients.

The following rules apply:

  • Reschedule requests received at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time will be honoured once, free of charge, subject to mutual availability.
  • Cancellations or reschedule requests received less than 48 hours before the scheduled start time are treated as a forfeiture of the session. The fee is non-refundable and the session is considered delivered.
  • No-shows are treated as a completed session. No refund or rescheduling is offered.
  • If we (Craig Todd) cancel a session, you will be offered either a free reschedule or, at your election, a full refund of that session fee.

6. Live Webinars and Group Sessions

✅ Live webinars and group sessions are non-refundable once the webinar has aired live or once you have accessed any pre-event material, whichever is earlier.

Where a paid webinar is rescheduled by us, you may elect to attend the rescheduled session, receive the recording, or receive a refund of the webinar fee.

Recordings of past webinars are treated as digital products and are governed by Section 2 above.

7. Subscriptions and Recurring Memberships

✅ You may cancel any recurring subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

❌ We do not offer pro-rated refunds for unused time within a billing period. The full amount paid for the current period is non-refundable.

Past subscription payments (covering prior billing periods) are non-refundable in all circumstances.

8. Bundled Offers, Order Bumps, and Upsells

Where you purchase a bundle, an order-bump add-on, or a post-purchase upsell:

  • The bundle is treated as a single product and is non-refundable as a whole.
  • Individual items within a bundle cannot be returned for a partial refund.
  • Order-bump add-ons and post-purchase upsells are subject to the same no-refund rules as the underlying products listed above.

9. Faulty or Defective Products (Statutory Rights Preserved)

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which provides that digital content supplied to you must be:

  • of satisfactory quality;
  • fit for any particular purpose made known to us before purchase; and
  • as described.

If a digital product you have purchased is genuinely defective, materially fails to function as advertised, or is not delivered in a form you can access, your sole and exclusive remedy under this policy is:

  • First, that we repair or replace the product at no further cost to you (typically a re-issued download link, a fixed update, or a replacement licence key); and
  • Only if repair and replacement are impossible, disproportionate, or not provided within a reasonable time — a refund of the price paid for that specific product, reduced to take account of any use you have had from it.

To invoke this section, you must:

  • Notify us at support@craigtodd.com within 14 days of discovering the defect;
  • Provide a clear, written description of the fault, with screenshots, error messages, or logs where relevant;
  • Allow us a reasonable opportunity to investigate, reproduce, and resolve the issue before any further claim.

Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected by this policy.

10. Non-Delivery

If you have completed checkout, your payment has cleared, and you have not received access or a delivery email within 24 hours, contact us at support@craigtodd.com. We will investigate and either deliver the product or, if delivery is genuinely impossible, refund the affected purchase. Always check your spam/junk folder and confirm your payment was not declined before contacting us.

11. Chargebacks, Reversals, and Fraud

We log purchase activity, IP address, browser fingerprint, access timestamps, download activity, page views, video-playback events, and account interactions. This information is retained for fraud prevention and chargeback defence purposes in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal without first contacting us to attempt resolution is a breach of these terms and will result in:

  • Immediate and permanent suspension of all accounts associated with the purchase, including any related email addresses and IP addresses;
  • Forfeiture of any current or future access to our products and services;
  • Pursuit of the disputed amount as a debt, including via debt-collection agencies, with all reasonable recovery costs added;
  • Where appropriate, reporting to chargeback-fraud databases (including but not limited to Ethoca, Verifi, and Stripe Radar) which may affect your ability to transact online elsewhere;
  • Where the chargeback is determined to be fraudulent or filed in bad faith, referral to Action Fraud (UK) or the equivalent authority in your jurisdiction.

We routinely defend chargebacks with the access and engagement evidence described above. Where Stripe, the card scheme, or the cardholder's bank rules in our favour, you will additionally be liable for any chargeback fees passed on to us by Stripe.

If you genuinely believe a charge is in error, email support@craigtodd.com first. The vast majority of disputes are resolved within one working day.

12. Time Limit for Any Claim

Subject to your statutory rights:

  • Any request for a refund, repair, replacement, or other remedy under this policy must be made within 14 days of the date of purchase, or within 14 days of the date you first became aware of the issue, whichever is later.
  • We will not consider claims made outside this window save in exceptional circumstances or where a longer period is required by applicable consumer-protection law.

13. How to Request a Remedy

To exercise any right under Sections 9, 10, or 12 above, email:

📧 support@craigtodd.com

with the subject line:

[Product Name] – Refund or Remedy Request

Please include:

  • Your full name
  • The email address used at checkout
  • The order ID from your confirmation email
  • The product or service in question
  • A clear written explanation of the issue
  • Any supporting evidence (screenshots, logs, error messages)

We will acknowledge within 3 working days and respond substantively within 7 working days. Identity verification may be requested before any remedy is provided.

14. Discretionary Goodwill Gestures

Nothing in this policy obliges us to provide a refund outside the cases described above. From time to time, and entirely at our sole discretion, we may offer a credit, store credit, account credit, or other goodwill gesture. Any such gesture is offered without admission of liability and does not create a precedent or contractual entitlement to similar treatment in future.

15. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updates apply to purchases made after the "Last updated" date. Purchases made before the update remain governed by the policy in force at the time of purchase.

16. Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of habitual residence give you the right to bring proceedings in the courts of that country.

17. Contact

We are fair, but firm — and we expect the same integrity in return. This Refund Policy is final and binding, subject only to your non-excludable statutory rights as a consumer.
